I am not a Bird lover in particular , but who wouldn't like the view of a dancing peacock or a blue king fisher with a super long beak. It was just a random day I went for a walk where I could triumph over the bare earth, feel fresh with the greenery around and continue my walk for 20 minutes 'coz there are no other ways to escape. Well, I wanted to run, to escape from my own thoughts. But I least expected to see so much of beauty.
Have you seen this bird?? She looked at me with inquisitive eyes! Was I the invader in her territory?? She thoroughly checked me out. And I cursed myself for not having a 20X zoom camera.
Her image was captured with my eyes and framed in my head. It will be some time before she fades off from my album.
I saw many of those naam na jana birds and their hopping around the bushes, circling around the trees and taking small flights covering just few inches, yet not still - continuously moving. I could watch them for hours, like watching fishes in an aquarium.
As I walked through the bird repository, the squirrels ran through the trees pausing for a peep and the owls spreaded their wings broad and big - white, grey and brown.
I tried to capture few pics but definitely could not justify the scenic beauty.
Well, I pity those who live in this beautiful place and go elsewhere to search for beauty and peace of mind. We all miss city life but enjoy the nature at times. See whats around you, otherwise you will never know, what you have missed.
The End..
